There are many parallels between the narratives of Avraham and Yaakov. For example, in Bereshit 46, the language of Hashem’s revelation to Yaakov ( וַיֹּאמֶר יַעֲקֹב יַעֲקֹב וַיֹּאמֶר הִנֵּנִי) closely parallels His revelation to Avraham at the Akeidah: (וַיֹּאמֶר אַבְרָהָם אַבְרָהָם וַיֹּאמֶר הִנֵּנִי).1
