Verses in Shemuel

In Shemuel I 8 the Children of Israel ask for a king. Shemuel and Hashem say it is a bad idea. Even so Hashem tells Shemuel to listen to the nation but to tell them the Mishpat HaMelakh. Shemuel tells the nation:

(יא) וַיֹּאמֶר זֶה יִהְיֶה מִשְׁפַּט הַמֶּלֶךְ אֲשֶׁר יִמְלֹךְ עֲלֵיכֶם אֶת בְּנֵיכֶם יִקָּח וְשָׂם לוֹ בְּמֶרְכַּבְתּוֹ וּבְפָרָשָׁיו וְרָצוּ לִפְנֵי מֶרְכַּבְתּוֹ.
