Parashat Bechukotai – Opening Questions

To which commandments do the blessings and curses of Vayikra 26 refer?
How do these blessings and curses relate both to those in Devarim 28-29 and to the covenant of Shemot 24?
Why does Hashem say that even after the people confess their sins, He will react with redoubled punishment? Should not repentance bring atonementin its wake?
