Parashat Mishpatim – Summary
- The legal code presented in Parashat Mishpatim fleshes out many of the principles that were only briefly outlined in the Decalogue.
- Civil and Criminal Law – Chapters 21–22 present the basics of the Torah's civil and criminal law codes.
- Chapter 23 discusses various commandments related to the judicial system, helping others, and the festival cycle.
