Avraham and Iyyov

Avraham and Bilaam

  • Pirkei Avot 5:19 contrasts the character traits of Avraham and Bilaam.  While Avraham was marked by a "good eye", a humble spirit and a lowly soul, Bilaam was known for the opposite qualities.
